Glowy Rapunzel

Was messing around with white on black sketches, came up with this and cleaned it up. Originally the Background was black, to put more emphasis on the glowy-ness, but it was just too dark so I made it white.

Why is it my mindless sketching drawings always turn out better than when I actually try...?
