Random Inventor Bunny Person

I was thinking about how most of my characters aren't really colorful. And I wanted to draw somethings colorful. I really have no idea what this girl is though. I think her name would be Cornelia Isabel Magenta Rothburt. But every one calls her Goggles, or Dot.
